As a result, Mark is asking the court to impose strict limitations on McNally’s conduct.

The requested restraining order would prohibit the investigator from contacting Mark or his relatives, posting about them online, approaching their home or workplace, and communicating with Los Alamos National Laboratory regarding allegations involving employment records. Mark also seeks removal of online content he believes is defamatory.
