Katie Price has broken her silence on the growing controversy surrounding her husband Lee Andrews, vowing that she will personally question him over the allegations and claims that have emerged while he remains behind bars in Dubai.
The glamour model, 47, revealed during her podcast with her sister Sophie that she plans to get answers from Lee once he is released from prison, amid a series of damaging reports surrounding the businessman, including fraud allegations and claims involving an alleged sex tape.
Lee, who married Katie just seven months ago, is currently being held at Dubai’s Al Awir prison for a second time after reportedly being arrested over financial claims. His latest legal troubles have placed further strain on their relationship, with Katie admitting there is “so much” going on that she has chosen not to publicly address.
Speaking on her podcast, Katie told listeners that she intends to investigate the claims herself when Lee returns.
“In fact, I’m going to get Ben [the producer of Katie’s podcast] to interview him and Ben is going to delve in deep and I want to hear everything,” she said.
“I don’t like people hurting people. That’s all I’m saying on it, I’ve not put anything up online, so you’ve heard it here for the first time.”

Katie’s comments came after her sister Sophie reacted angrily to reports that Lee had allegedly discussed selling a private video involving the couple.
Claims emerged that a voice note allegedly sent by Lee to a contact before his latest arrest captured him talking about a tape that “might go for a pretty penny”. It was reported that he suggested the footage could potentially make £250,000, before later allegedly claiming he had only been joking after being told it could be illegal without Katie’s permission.
Katie has strongly denied ever making such a tape and insisted the claims were false.
During the podcast discussion, Sophie described the situation as unacceptable, saying she found the idea “disgusting”.
Katie responded: “Can I just say something, number one I’ve not done a sex tape with Lee. He has said it in a voicenote which I sent to you but he was joking in it.”
She then explained why she had chosen not to speak publicly about the wider controversy surrounding her husband.
“But besides all of this, there is so much coming out about Lee and everyone saying ‘why isn’t Kate talking’,” Katie said.
“Do you know why I’m not talking? Because there is so much, I’m just not commenting anymore.”
Katie added that she had already spoken out when Lee disappeared earlier this year, but now wanted to wait until she could speak to him directly.
“I commented when he went missing but he’s in prison and I will be questioning him about a lot of things when he’s out,” she said.
“I’m just getting on doing what I’m doing. There is so much, there is no smoke without fire.”
Sophie then criticised Lee’s alleged behaviour, saying: “The fact that he’s even talking about you in that context to his mates is f***ing out of order and he’s a d***head.”

Katie attempted to clarify that the alleged conversation was not with friends, but with someone connected professionally.
“Well, it wasn’t to his mates, it was someone professional,” she said.
Sophie responded: “Even worse.”
The latest controversy comes after Lee’s own family appeared to distance themselves from him, with his sister Kelly Andrews and family friends issuing a statement expressing their shock over recent developments.
The statement said: “Kelly Andrews and I just want to take a moment to speak the truth.
“Recent information shared has brought forward evidence that has left us both shocked.
“We are the first to admit when we’re wrong, and now that there is proof, we feel it’s important to acknowledge that.”
The message also highlighted the emotional impact the allegations had caused within the family.
“We also want people to understand that this involves Kelly’s brother, which makes this incredibly painful for their family,” it continued.
“The Lee we knew was never like this, which makes it even harder for us, as his sister and as a friend, to get our heads around everything that’s come to light.”
Lee has denied allegations against him and has maintained that he has done nothing wrong.

The businessman was reportedly arrested again in Dubai after being released from Al Awir prison just weeks earlier. Sources claimed he had been attempting to raise money to pay off outstanding debts and secure his release.
His father Peter was also reportedly detained and placed in the same prison as his son after allegedly being reported to officials over suspected fraud claims. Reports later suggested Peter had also been released and had spoken with Katie.
Despite the turmoil surrounding their marriage, Katie recently appeared to show continued support for Lee by sharing a social media post praising his appearance after his release from prison.
The model shared a picture of Lee and added the words “My man” over the image, while highlighting his hair growth and writing: “Hair growth journey. Handsome husband.”
Lee had previously attracted attention after appearing to leave prison with noticeably fuller hair compared with when he entered, sparking speculation among fans about his transformation.

However, behind the public displays of support, Katie appears determined to get clarity about the allegations surrounding her husband.
Friends have reportedly expressed concern about the impact Lee’s legal issues and controversies have had on Katie, with some urging her to reconsider the future of their relationship.
The couple’s marriage has faced a turbulent few months, with Lee’s disappearance, prison spells, fraud allegations and the latest controversy adding pressure to their relationship.
For now, Katie has said she will focus on her own work and family commitments while waiting for the opportunity to confront the questions surrounding Lee directly.
And when he does return, it appears the former glamour model will not simply accept his explanations without demanding answers.
“I will be questioning him about a lot of things when he’s out,” she warned — signalling that Lee may face his toughest interrogation yet, not from authorities, but from his own wife.
