KELLY OSBOURNE ‘FEELS REBORN’ AFTER ‘STEPPING AWAY FROM THE MADNESS’ ON LAVISH HOLIDAY — AS SHE PUTS PAINFUL SPLIT FROM SID WILSON BEHIND HER FOLLOWING HIS SHOCK SLIPKNOT EXIT The TV personality looked happier than ever as she relaxed by the sea in a leopard-print swimsuit with friends and her three-year-old son Sidney. Kelly said the break had left her feeling “lighter, calmer, happier” after a difficult period that included her separation from Sid and his reported departure from Slipknot. In my view, her decision to switch off feels significant after everything she has been through — but could this holiday mark a genuine new beginning for Kelly?

Kelly Osbourne has revealed she is feeling “reborn” after stepping away from the chaos surrounding her personal life to enjoy a relaxing holiday with her young son.

The television personality, 41, appeared to put recent turmoil behind her as she soaked up the sunshine during a lavish seaside getaway with three-year-old Sidney and a group of friends.

Kelly looked effortlessly glamorous in a leopard-print swimming costume as she relaxed beside a swimming pool before heading down to the beach. She completed the look with a large sun hat and oversized sunglasses, posing for a series of glamorous snaps that showed her looking noticeably more carefree.

Kelly Osbourne has said she 'feels reborn' as she 'stepped away from the madness' to enjoy a relaxing holiday after her ex fiance Sid Wilson was fired from Slipknot

The trip comes during an especially difficult period for the star, who split from her former fiancé, Slipknot keyboardist Sid Wilson, 49, in March.

Their separation followed several years together and the birth of their son, while Wilson has also recently been reported to have left Slipknot after almost three decades with the band. The circumstances surrounding his departure have not been publicly explained.

Against that backdrop, Kelly appeared determined to focus on herself and her child rather than remain caught up in the drama.

Sharing a candid reflection with her followers, she wrote: “I’m really learning how important it is to step away from the madness sometimes.”

She continued by admitting that she can become consumed by the demands of everyday life.

“I get so wrapped up in life, work, people, plans… everything going on around me, that I genuinely forget I’m allowed to stop,” Kelly explained. “To switch off. To breathe. To just be.”

For the star, the holiday appears to have offered more than simply a break from her usual routine. Kelly said the experience had reminded her that taking time away is not necessarily unproductive, but can instead be an important part of finding herself again.

“This holiday has reminded me that taking a break isn’t wasting time — sometimes it’s exactly what you need to come back to yourself,” she wrote.

“I honestly feel reborn. Lighter, calmer, happier… and very much NOT ready to go home.”

She ended her message with a simple reminder to herself: “Note to self: do this more often. The upbeat message was a striking contrast to some of Kelly’s recent social media posts, which appeared to address the turmoil surrounding her split from Wilson.

Just days earlier, she appeared to take aim at her former fiancé after reports emerged that he had been removed from Slipknot.

Although no official explanation for his departure has been publicly established, Kelly shared a furious message that appeared to be aimed at someone close to her.

“I can’t protect you from yourself anymore. Wake the f*** up and take some responsibility,” she wrote.

“I will not take your s*** anymore. I’m done.”

She added: “I want to be happy and I have a beautiful son to raise. Leave me alone. Let me heal.”

The posts immediately attracted attention because they came so soon after news of Wilson’s reported exit from Slipknot.

Kelly then shared another cryptic message about accountability, writing: “Strange how the loudest defence of the guilty is rarely innocence… It’s distraction.”

“When the mask slips, they don’t face the mirror they throw it at someone else.”

She finished by referencing the old superstition surrounding broken mirrors, asking: “Or is that karma?”

In another Instagram Story, Kelly appeared to make her priorities even clearer as she asked for her dogs and possessions to be returned and mentioned child support.

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Wilson for comment.

While Kelly has not directly explained the circumstances behind the couple’s separation, the pair’s relationship had appeared to change significantly over the past year.

Wilson and Kelly had known each other for decades before their romance began. Kelly was first introduced to the musician when Slipknot toured with Ozzfest, the music festival founded by her parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.

After years of friendship, their relationship eventually became romantic.

On Valentine’s Day in 2022, Kelly publicly celebrated their relationship with an emotional tribute to Wilson.

“After 23 years of friendship, I can’t believe where we have ended up,” she wrote at the time. “You are my best friend, my soulmate, and I am so deeply in love with you, Sidney George Wilson.”

The couple welcomed their son later that year and spent time living together on a farm in Iowa.

Wilson subsequently proposed to Kelly backstage at a Black Sabbath concert in Birmingham in 2025, during a moment surrounded by her famous family.

The proposal was particularly emotional because it happened at what was expected to be one of Ozzy Osbourne’s final performances. Kelly later admitted that she had no idea the proposal was coming.

The engagement, however, did not last.

Kelly and Wilson separated in March, around seven months after their engagement, with reports suggesting the pair had been experiencing difficulties for some time.

An insider previously claimed that Kelly had been struggling emotionally following the death of her father, Ozzy, while also trying to concentrate on raising their son.

“Kelly and Sid have decided to call off their engagement,” the source said.

“Kelly has been struggling following the loss of her father. The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, and she’s been doing everything she can to cope.”

The source added that the couple had attempted to make their relationship work, particularly because they shared a child, but ultimately concluded that separating was the best decision.

Despite the upheaval, Kelly has continued to focus on motherhood and her own wellbeing.

Her latest holiday appears to underline that change in priorities.

Away from the speculation surrounding Wilson, Kelly was pictured smiling beside the pool, relaxing with friends and enjoying time with Sidney.

She also shared photographs from the beach, where she appeared confident and relaxed in her leopard-print swimwear.

The getaway may also offer Kelly an opportunity to regain some normality after an extraordinarily difficult year.

Meanwhile, Wilson’s professional future has also become a major talking point.

He joined Slipknot in early 1998 as the band expanded into the nine-member lineup that would become central to its identity. He remained with the group for nearly 30 years and became one of its longest-serving members.

His apparent departure represents another major change for a band whose lineup has experienced significant upheaval over the years.

Bassist Paul Gray died in 2010, while drummer Joey Jordison left the group in 2013 and later died in 2021. Percussionist Chris Fehn was dismissed in 2019 following a legal dispute over compensation, while keyboardist Craig Jones left in 2023 under circumstances that were never fully explained publicly.

The band has nevertheless continued to evolve, with Corey Taylor, Shawn “Clown” Crahan, Mick Thomson and Jim Root among the members still associated with its celebrated classic era.

For Kelly, however, the latest chapter appears to be less about her former partner’s career and more about rebuilding her own life.

Her message from the holiday suggested she is beginning to embrace that mindset.

After months of heartbreak, family loss and public scrutiny, she appears to have reached a point where peace matters more than explanation.

“I honestly feel reborn,” she told her followers.

And with her son beside her and the pressures of everyday life temporarily pushed aside, Kelly seems determined to make that feeling last long after the holiday ends.
